Do you offer remote support, or only on-site?+

Both. Most software, Microsoft 365, Azure and network issues can be resolved remotely; hardware, cabling and on-premise server work is handled on-site across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.

How much does support cost?+

Remote support starts at ₹499 per session and on-site support starts at ₹799 per visit, each covering the first hour of work. Anything beyond that, and any larger project, is quoted and approved by you before we continue. And if we can't fix your problem, you don't pay.

Can you manage IT for a whole office, not just one problem?+

Yes. That's the Business IT side of what we do: ongoing management of your network, servers, Microsoft 365 or Azure tenant, backup and security, rather than one-off tickets.

Do you help with Microsoft 365 and Azure specifically?+

Yes. Tenant setup, user and licence administration, security configuration and ongoing Azure infrastructure support are all core services.

Can you build a website or application for my business?+

Yes. Development work is scoped and quoted separately from support. We discuss requirements, agree the scope and milestones, then build.

How do I pay for a job?+

Once a job is quoted and approved, payment is arranged directly with our team. There's no online checkout on this site yet.
